Veteran's Wellness Fair
The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks. Sunday, May 1st, 2016. 11:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
In 2014 and 2015, the best natural health practitioners and natural-health oriented businesses gathered from across Northwest Arkansas to share what they love to do with the public. As always, this event was free to attend and the earlybirds were rewarded with a reusable shopping tote filled with goodies. Throughout the day there were activities for kids and adults as well as a silent auction for Natural Health Packages. Auction proceeds benefited Feed Fayetteville and Apple Seeds.

Those who attended The Natural State of Health in 2014 and 2015 got to meet over 30 health practitioners and business owners who have dedicated their lives to making our community a healthier place, naturally. The public had the opportunity to receive free acupuncture, practice qi gong and yoga, get evaluted by health practitioners (some even offered free or discounted services) or take a class on making herbal extractions. There was also face painting, a veggie hunt, and organic tomato planting for the youngsters. Those in line when the doors opened all received a reusable tote bag filled with goodies from natural health companies across the country as well as our local sponsors.
